Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue required more space for their auto inventory. At 210,000 square feet, this four level garage effectively contains 675 parking stalls. Constructed as an “all precast” design, both the structural framework and floor system were fabricated off-site and delivered just-in-time for erection.
Accelerated Construction Schedule – Precast components were fabricated concurrently with site and foundation work.
