HOME Hupp Springs Bridges - Key Center, WA

The single-lane vehicular bridge and the footbridge across Minter Creek at the Hupp Springs Fish Hatchery are typical applications of the short span bridges that use CTC Channel Beams for the superstructure. The broom-finish top surface of the Channel Beams is the finished bridge deck, and embedded hardware provides the mounting for curbs, utilities, and railings. Rapid construction and a minimum of on-site concrete work make this type of structure an excellent application for rural or remote locations.
