Rendering of Crown Zellerbach Camas mill

Located in a paper mill in Camas, Washington, this 70 ft. high, 100 ft. wide, 227 ft. long building is divided functionally into digester, control, screening, washing, and bleaching areas. Proposed as a precast/prestressed concrete alternate design to a conventional steel-framed building, the framing system uses precast exterior walls, a double tee roof, and prestressed columns and beams with cast-in-place floors.
