HOME Auburn Hospital Parking Structure

Auburn Hospital Parking Garage

This five-level structure provides 477 parking spaces for patients and employees of the hospital in 144,000 square feet of area.

Precast/prestressed deck and framing components were used in the construction, along with cast-in-place concrete. The smooth exterior surfaces were painted in the field.

Features

Open Interior - Use of precast "lite walls" spaced apart down the center of the structure provides an open feeling, increased security and full-height path for utility runs.

Floor-to-Floor Height - Low profile "cross-over" beams and dapped double tees resulted in floor to floor height of 9'-6" while maintaining 7'3" clearance.
